VetComp Pty Ltd is a private, fee-for-service advocacy organisation. We charge a percentage base fee (+GST) which is outlined within our proposal of the total lump sum compensation awarded by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA). This fee only applies when a claim is successful, and there are no upfront costs. We acknowledge that there are other advocacy services available to veterans, such as those provided by RSL sub-branches and Ex-Service Organisations (ESOs). These services may submit claims at no cost to the veteran. VetComp’s structured fee model enables us to offer sustained, attentive, and outcome-focused support, allowing our team to remain actively engaged in complex cases and provide tailored guidance throughout your claim process.
