No, our post-claims support service is completely complimentary. It reflects our ongoing commitment to support you beyond your initial claim. You will never be charged for accessing this service.
How do I access Post-Claim Support?
If you are an existing client you can reach out directly to your appointed advocate. Alternatively you can reach our team via phone, email, or through our website at any time.
How long does this support last?
As long as you need it. There’s no expiration date on our commitment to your wellbeing after a claim. You can use our service for months — or even years.
Can I still get help if I didn’t lodge my DVA claim through VetComp?
Yes. While we prioritise supporting our clients, we welcome any veteran who needs guidance post-claim. Reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to assist or connect you with the right resources.
