Veterans Health Week 2026

Join us for the Veteran Health week for an office-to-th7 run, walk at your pace.

Veteran Health Week Office-to-TH7 Run, Walk

📆 Date: Friday, February 27
⏱️ Time: 8:00 AM
📌 Location: 601 Coronation Drive, Toowong

On Friday 27 February 2026, VetComp is getting out of the office in support of Veterans Health Week.

We’ll gather at our Toowong office around 8am, then make our way together to TH7 West End. A morning run or walk, open to all fitness levels. No timing, no pressure, just veterans and the local community moving side by side.

Once at TH7, we’ll reset with a 90-minute wellness session. Sauna, cold plunge, compression boots. Time to recover and connect.

The aim: get active, meet people, and link veterans with local health and support services.

This event is also supported by the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Spots are limited. Sign up today and join us.

Veterans Health Week 2026

This fun run/walk supports Veterans’ Health Week, an annual initiative to promote positive health and wellbeing for veterans and their families.

This year’s theme is Thrive 365, celebrating wellbeing as multi-dimensional through four key pillars:

  • Connect: Social and emotional wellbeing
  • Move: Mobility and physical wellbeing
  • Nourish: Mental and nutritional wellbeing

The theme Thrive 365 highlights that wellbeing isn’t limited to one week, it’s something to focus on every day of the year. This week, we encourage veterans to consider small, meaningful steps to support their wellbeing every day, starting with the pillar of ‘connect’.
