Why post-claim support really matters

At VetComp, we’ve helped more than 500 veterans navigate the DVA claims process, and we’ve seen just how critical ongoing support can be. Whether you’re still serving or have transitioned to civilian life, you’re never alone.

We stand by you—not just during your claim, but well beyond the outcome. Our commitment is to ensure you have the tools, connections, and guidance you need to secure you and your family’s future.

How do we provide ongoing support?

Connecting you with essential services

Beyond compensation, many Veterans need access to additional care, like specialised healthcare, mental health support, or vocational training. We maintain strong relationships with vetted providers who truly understand Veterans’ unique needs.

Providing continual claims guidance

Even after your claim is approved, legislation can change, and new opportunities for benefits or entitlements may surface. We keep you informed about any updates in DVA policies and remain available to lodge additional claims or appeals on your behalf.

Building a caring community around you

We believe Veterans thrive when they connect with others who’ve walked a similar path. That’s why we foster a supportive network of peers, online forums, and local programmes that promote camaraderie and shared experiences.

Veteran employment assistance

Transitioning from service can be challenging, which is why preparation should start before you leave. We help connect veterans with employers who value your ADF service and support Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) pathways—so you're not just ready for civilian employment, you're positioned to thrive in it.

No obligation. 100% confidential.
